Payment
Payment is by bank transfer following scope confirmation and invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, research begins after payment is confirmed.
Turnaround
Any turnaround shown on the website is indicative. The binding delivery timing is the timing confirmed in writing before invoice. Material scope changes may require a revised delivery date.
White-label use
Where white-label delivery is requested, the permitted branding and end-client use will be confirmed in the written scope. White-label availability does not transfer ownership of the underlying research method, templates or production system.
Corrections and scope
One factual correction round is included within the agreed scope. New buyers, competitors, documents or research questions may require revised scope and fees.
Public data limitations
Public procurement information may be incomplete, delayed, amended or inconsistent. Material figures are presented with source context and relevant limitations.
Conflicts and competition
We do not obtain non-public competitor information or facilitate coordination between bidders. We may decline work where an opportunity-specific conflict exists.
